Time of delivery of services or products
About delivery
Products will be shipped within 7-45 business days after payment is made, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Please note that it takes longer than domestic mail order because of overseas shipment. Please note that it may take longer due to production reasons, manufacturer's work status, local holiday season, weather, disasters, customs procedures, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We purchase each customer's items one by one after payment is made. After inspection by a local consignor, we will ship the item(s) from overseas.
Please note that we do not accept date and time requests for international shipments.
Please note that we do not accept date and time specifications due to the convenience of international shipping.
If the customer is not at home, the delivery company will notify the customer with a notice of absence. If the customer is not at home, the delivery company will notify the customer of the absence by an absence notice. We cannot accept reshipment or refunds for overdue items because they will be disposed of after the storage period. If you contact us before the disposal, we can reship the item after receiving the return shipping fee + reshipment fee + handling fee (varies depending on weight and distance) by bank transfer. We are not responsible for items that are disposed of by the delivery company.
Refusal to Receive Parcels
If you refuse to receive the package and the item is returned to us, you will be asked to pay the amount of our damages (round-trip shipping and handling fees). If this charge is ignored, we may take legal proceedings.
Response to fraudulent or spoofed orders
In the event that a customer refuses to receive a product that has been shipped due to reasons such as "I didn't order it," we will file a damage report with the police, taking into consideration the possibility that the order was spoofed by a third party. In addition, we will identify the person who placed the order based on information such as the host address, etc., and claim compensation for damages. If a false claim is confirmed, we will file a damage report with the police and claim compensation for damages, considering the possibility of intentional malicious behavior.
