However, this does not apply in the following cases:

(2) When necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and obtaining the customer's consent is difficult
(3) When specifically necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of sound growth of children, and obtaining the customer's consent is difficult
(4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency or local public entity or a person entrusted by them in executing the affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer's consent may interfere with the execution of such affairs.

Our shop acquires personal information appropriately and does not obtain it through deception or other illegal means.

If a customer requests disclosure of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act, our shop confirms that the request is from the customer and promptly discloses the information (if there is no such personal information, we will notify the customer accordingly). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to disclose personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws.

9. Correction, etc. of personal information

If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to the reason that the personal information is not true, our shop confirms that the request is from the customer and conducts necessary investigations within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use.
Based on the results of the investigation, we correct, etc. the content of the personal information and notify the customer accordingly (if we decide not to make the correction, etc., we will notify the customer accordingly).
However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to correct, etc. personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws.

10. Suspension of use, etc. of personal information

If a customer requests suspension of use, etc. of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to the reason that their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use or was obtained through deception or other illegal means, our shop confirms that the request is from the customer and promptly suspends or deletes the personal information, or notifies the customer of the reasons why the request cannot be granted.
However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to suspend or delete personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws.
