Terms and Conditions for Returns
[Cancellation]
Please carefully review your order before making a payment, as we cannot cancel orders even if the items have not been shipped due to the fact that import customs duties and procurement fees have been incurred during the purchasing process in overseas markets.

We conduct thorough inspections of each item before shipping to ensure quality, but please contact customer support if you experience any issues upon receipt of the item.
*Please note that customers who use e-mail service provided by Japanese phone company (Docomo, EZweb, SoftBank) may not receive our replies due to your email setting.
Please contact us within three days of delivery for any incorrect or defective items. We will handle the return according to our return policy. However, we cannot accept returns due to customer preference.

*Please note that we can only exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items. In the event of a shortage, we will refund the purchase price.
*If you exchange an item, please return the defective item. We will cover the cost of shipping for defective items when specified in the shipping instructions, and refund it to your payment method at the time of purchase.
Due to the long-distance transportation from overseas, the box may be crushed. Please note that the package is for product protection during transportation, and please forgive us for any damage to the box.
In addition, S925 shaft earrings are prone to warping due to the nature of the material. It is a material suitable for piercing shafts that is less likely to cause allergies, but please handle it with care as silver is a soft metal.
Even if the shaft is warped, it can be used without any problems by slowly bending it back by hand. If the warping is severe due to the pressure during shipping, please contact us.
Please note the following points for overseas products:

We strive for the best quality, but please understand that the above-mentioned issues will not affect the use of the product. Please note that the colors may appear different depending on the shooting environment and your monitor settings.
[Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items]
・Returns or exchanges after the return deadline has passed
・Exchange or return of products due to customer reasons (differences in image or size, incorrect order)
・Returns due to reasons such as late shipping or failure to arrive in time for the intended wear date
・Discounted items such as lucky bags, set products, and sale items
・Return without notice (return address will be provided after communication)
・Signs of wear, alteration of the product, or evidence of washing
・Damage or contamination during product return
・If there is a smell (perfume, tobacco, drawer, food, etc.), the product may have a smell even if it has not been worn.Please store the product to avoid any smells if you wish to return it.
・If there are no product tags, labels (packaging bags), boxes, or accessories
If you accidentally order a large quantity of the same item (three or more), we will accept returns depending on the details of your request.
However, as we incur manufacturer purchasing and shipping fees, inspection and packaging fees, and payment processing fees at the time of order confirmation, you will be responsible for 40%-50% of the purchase price (40% for unopened items, 50% for opened items) and a handling fee of 1500 yen. Shipping fees for both purchase and return will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept returns for missing items, items without tags, worn items, or contaminated items.
